OPTP Franklin Textured Ball is a small textured massage ball for relaxation exercises of the neck, jaw, elbow, hip, and more. It can help relax tense muscles, relieve tightness, create more space in the body, work out knots, and increase blood circulation. This exercise ball is easy to use by gently going back and forth over the tight muscle.
These balls are placed under the buttocks unilaterally and then the side is changed several times. This targeted unbalancing results in better mobility and an improved unconscious balance.
You can work on tight spots for 15 – 60 seconds until your muscles relax, then you could try and repeat for 15 – 90 seconds.
Laying on your back, place a massage ball between your spine and the shoulder blade you are wanting to work. Bring the arm, on the treatment side, across your body to help pre-stretch the muscle. Gently move your body, allowing the massage ball to work your areas of tightness.
