Shipping Guidelines of Rehab Store

How long before my order is dispatched?

We attempt to ship orders usually within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. For urgent overnight orders that need to go out the same day, the order needs to be placed before 2:30 pm EST.

What about Next Day/Second Day shipping?

There is no Next Day/Second Day shipping on orders involving bulky items, customized products or items that are not immediately available.

Can there be any changes in charges once applied?

Orders involving express delivery may see an increase in shipping charges after the estimated charge is conveyed. The increase will be communicated to you and approval sought before dispatching the order.

Can deliveries get delayed?

Yes, delivery may get delayed but only owing to specific circumstances, sometimes unforeseeable. There may be orders that are not immediately available and could take some time. In such scenarios, you will be informed about the next possible date of delivery.

Who can I talk to if I have any query related to delivery?

You can speak to any member of our customer service team. We have a committed customer service policy and ensure you get the best quality service from our team. We promised you the best and strive to provide that. All your queries shall be answered by our team. Can I return a product once it has been delivered?

Yes, we have an easy and straightforward returns policy. It is customer-friendly and designed to make your returns hassle-free.

However, the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. No returns, with or without RA, will be honored after 90 days of order fulfillment.

Also the returned item should arrive in its original packaging (with all parts and accessories). It should be unused and in re-saleable condition. 

What is the returns procedure?

To place a request for returning your order, go to:

  • My Account page and click on Return Request.
  • Alternately, you can talk to a customer service representative at 844-490-2625/203-616-2850.
  • Or write to returns@hpfy.com.

How is the refund calculated on my return?

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • No returns will be honored after 30 days of order fulfillment.
  • Return shipping charges is payable by you unless the item you received was damaged, defective, not what you had ordered or there was a shipping error on our end. 
  • You will have to pay a restocking fee of 15%. 
  • There will be no refund on outbound shipping charges.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping then there will be a deduction of $7.99.

Why do I have to get RA#?

A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is a must for your returns request to be entertained. Orders returned without obtaining RA# will be entitled to receiving only In-Store Credit that can be used towards future purchases.

How long does refund take?

The returned order has to be reviewed before refund process starts. Once approved then refund procedure will start which could take around 3-4 weeks. On completion, the refund will be transferred to your credit card or the original mode of payment.

How do I get my RA#?

  • Go to My Account and then Order History.
  • Click on Return Order, fill up the form and submit it.
  • You will get RA# in the email within 2-3 business days.
  • Write this number on the item to be dispatched. 
  • Also provide us with your Return Tracking Number for speedy process. 

I do not have an email ID

In such a case, we shall try and provide you with the RA# through other channels.

Are all items returnable?

No, not all items qualify for returns. Because of health and safety reasons, we cannot allow returns of:

  • All hygienic items.
  • Opened personal care items.
  • Anything opened, used or tried-on.
  • All customized items.
  • Items bearing the following symbols:

Is your returns policy flexible?

We are flexible but at the same time, we reserve the right to take the final decision. This is done keeping in mind factors like errors, evolving market conditions, discontinuation of products as well as misconceptions in displayed images. For example, the image of a product may be displayed with an add-on but the actual product will not include that.

How secure is my personal data with you?

At Rehab Store, your personal details are treated as highly confidential and private. We consider the trust put in us by our customers as very sacred and ensure all personal data with us are 100% safe. We understand your need for privacy and security and respect that. All data is encrypted and restricted by limited staff members. 

How safe are my cash transactions?

We assure you that all your cash transactions are safe and private. Ours is a Verisign-secured website and security card payments are accepted and treated with discretion. You can find proof of this at the bottom of your web browser seen in the “closed lock” icon.
