More Information

Chrome-Plated Base Lamp Assembly:
- Screw pole onto chrome-plated base
- Screw flex arm assembly onto pole
Mobile Base Lamp Assembly:
- Place the upper mobile base bar on top of the lower mobile base bar with the center hole in alignment as shown at right
- Install washer on bolt. From below, install bolt through center of mobile base into bottom of lower pole
- Use wrench to tighten bolt securely on mobile base
- Screw pole onto mobile base
- Screw flex arm assembly onto pole
Warning: Ensure that Exam Lamp is securely assembled as instructed above before use
- DO NOT use an extension cord or adapter
- DO NOT attempt to alter the plug or cord
- To make alterations, contact a licensed electrician
Maintenance:
- To clean exam lamp, unplug it and wipe with a clean, damp cloth or mild soap and water solution
- Dry with a clean cloth
- Check frequently to ensure that all components are securely fastened
