More Information

To Assemble lamp:
- Place the upper base bar on top of the lower base bar with the center hole in alignment
- Install washer on bolt. From below, install bolt through center hole of caster base into bottom of lower pole
- Use wrench to tighten bolt securely on caster base
- Thread flex arm assembly onto pole set
Warning:
- If product is equipped with a 3-prong grounding plug, for protection against shock hazards
- DO NOT under any circumstances cut or remove the grounding prong from the plug
- The plug must be used directly with the correct 3-prong receptacle
- DO NOT use an extension cord or adapter
- To make alterations call a qualified electrician
