• How does the stress tester work?
  - Under stress, your capiliaries constrict and your hands feel cold. When you relax, these tiny blood vessels open up and your hands feel warmer. The sensor pad can detect these differences in temperature and changes color as a result.
• What can I do when i am stressed?
  - Deep breathing: Hold your hand over your belly and breathe deeply. Feel your hand rise on the in-breath and fall on the out-breath.
  - Progressive muscle relaxation: Deliberately tense and relax various muscle groups throughtout your body starting with your head and working down to your toes.
  - Visualization: Imagine yourself on a sandy beach or at your favourite vacation spot relaxing in the warm summer sun. Imagine your hands and feet getting warmer as you lazily watch the clouds going by overhead.
