Care and Cleaning:
The shelf life of low-temperature splinting materials is indefinite under the following conditions:
- Store at less than 65% relative humidity
- Avoid prolonged exposure to light, especially ultraviolet light
- Avoid exposure to corrosive fumes and ethylene oxide fumes
Temperature:
- 1/16" (1.6mm) 150°F to 160°F (65°C to 70°C) water for 35 seconds
- 1/8" (3.2mm) 160°F to 170°F (70°C to 75°C) water for 1 minute
Time:
- 1/16" (1.6mm) 1 to 2 minutes of working time
- 1/8" (3.2mm) 4 to 6 minutes of working time
