How to measure Comfort Cool Wrist/Thumb CMC Brace?

Method 1: Sewing or Vinyl measuring tape.

• Secure end of tape measurer under the thumb.
• Keeping palm flat, wrap around the palm, making sure to wrap over the top of the knuckles.
• Note the measurement and consult chart located in the images.
• Choose the next size up if your hand measures towards the upper limit of a given size.

Method 2: Paper, ruler, pen, scissors and tape.

• Cut a strip from a piece of paper approx a 1/2" wide.
• Tape one end and secure to skin across knuckles.
• Keeping palm flat, wrap around the palm and across knuckles.
• Mark with a pen where the paper overlaps.
• Remove and measure the length of the paper to the pen mark.
