• Warning
  - Make sure all screws are tightly clamped upon completion
• Assembly Instructions
  Clamp On
  - Loosen (do not remove) footplate clamp bolt using Phillips head screw driver
  - Slide clamp over wheelchair footplate
  - Adjust Comfort Foot Single angle to desired position using base straps and tighten clamp bolt securely
  - Release side strap and secure tightly around leg rest tubing
  Note: Depending on the wheelchair, strap will have to be tightened in either configuration
  Bolt On
  - Place the provided template on the wheelchair footplate in the desired position
  - Drill two 5/16" diameter holes through the footplate as marked on the template
  - Adjust Comfort Foot Single to desired angle using base straps
• - Screw two 1/4-20 x 1" or 1/4-20 x 1-1/4"  bolts with the provided washers from the bottom of the footplate into the Comfort Foot Single base
  Note: Use 1" bolts for Comfort Foot Single with Gel. Release side strap and secure tightly around leg rest tubing
  Note: Depending on the wheelchair, strap will have to be tightened in either configuration
• Parts Included
  - 1 - Complete Feet Foam Assembly
  - 3 - 1/4- 20 x 3/4" Truss Pan Head Screws
  - 1 - 5/32" Allen Wrench
  - 1 - 3/16" Allen Wrench
  - 1 - Clamp and Bracket Hardware Assembly
  - 1 - 5/16" Shoulder Bolt
  - 1 - Lock Washer
• Instructions
  - Insert the shoulder bolt into the washer, mounting bracket and thread securely into the interlock cane clamp
  NOTE: The various holes on the mounting bracket allow for varying foam height mounting
  - Attach the interlock cane clamp to the leg rest wheelchair tube. For 1" diameter tubes, use the longer socket head cap screws provided in the products kit bag
  - Attach the mounting bracket to the foam pad assembly using two of the pan head screws. The third screw is provided for aesthetic purposes
