Sysmex Sulfolyser Reagent

Sulfolyser is a reagent commonly used for the automated determination of hemoglobin levels in the blood. Sulfolyser reagent is manufactured for use in all Sysmex automated hematology analyzers. Sulfolyser reagents cannot be used in semi-automated instruments. This hemoglobin detection method uses cyanide-free sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS)., and the reagent lyses red blood cells and white blood cells in the sample.
