Functional Position Hand Splint Sizing Guidelines:

Small: 2-1/2" - 3-1/2" (6.4 - 8.9 cm)
Medium: 3-1/2" - 4-1/2" (8.9 - 11.4 cm)
Large: over 4-1/2" (11.4 cm)
To determine size, measure the width of the 2nd to 5th MCP.
