• Indications for Use:
  - Neck Extension Injuries (Whiplash)
  - Cervical Spondylitis
  - Cervical Spondylosis
  - R/A and O/A Cervical Spine
  - Herniated Cervical Disc
• Fitting Instructions:
  - Detach contact closure strap. Center the V-notch of the brace underneath the chin 
  - Wrap brace around neck 
  - Fasten contact closure and secure to a snug fit
• Caution:
  -Patients should be instructed to inspect their neck and this product before and after each use 
  - Modifications to this product are the sole responsibility of the prescribing Physician
  - Adjustments may be necessary for function and comfort
• Washing Instructions:
  - The brace may be cleaned using a mild facial soap and cold water
  - Do not wash in washing machine 
  - Lay brace out flat on a towel and air dry
  - Do not squeeze or wring out the brace
  - Do not place in dryer
  - Do not place near heater
  - Do not use bleach or strong detergent
