How to use Functional Formularies Liquid Hope?

• If switching from commercial enteral formula, transition slowly to allow the body time to adapt to the differences in formulas. Replace one serving of Liquid Hope for one serving of the current formula each day until goal is reached. Most people make a total switch in 7-10 days.
• Liquid Hope has a 12 boor ambient room temperatnre bang time. 
• Any unopened formula can be stored for up to 2 years at room temperature. Do not store in a hot place. 
• Once opened, the formula can be refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 48 hours. Please discard any unused opened formula after 48 hours. 
• Some small bore tubes may require product to be warmed and/or diluted. 
• Water may be added. If adding water or any liquid, it must be reblended with the product to emulsify in order to prevent separation.
