How to Use Fabrifoam CarpalGard?

Place thumb through slot (foam side to skin) with short strap positioned on the back of hand.
Wrap long strap snuggly around and over short, and secure with internal Velcro dot.
Continue wrapping strap snuggly around hand and wrist area and secure with Velcro tab.
