EZ On Vests are transportation safety vests, dynamically tested to position special needs children and adults in a car, van or bus (with the appropriate seat mount). It must be used with an E-Z-ON vehicle tether mount, floor mount, or wheelchair mount. The Tether Mount uses two tether hooks at the top and requires the use of a lap belt to go through two loops on the vest at the waist area. The Floor Mount uses four tether hooks and does not require the use of a lap belt.

1. Hold the vest while the passenger steps into crotch straps with the E-Z-ON parachute logo on the front.
2. Choose one of the (3) zippers that fit the child snuggly. Be certain that the vest fits snugly.
3. Keep the bottom strap low around the hip level.
4. Adjust crotch straps to shorten or lengthen. To be snug but not tight. Note: A crotch strap is sewn onto all sizes except Large. For Large size continue to Step 5.
5. Adjust shoulder straps using adjusters. Pull webbing through adjusters to reduce slack. Note: Do not pull too tight as this will cause the vest to pull up off of the hips resulting in injury.
6. Back thread webbing through bar slides to lock.
Tighten the vest so that no pinch in the webbing can be achieved on the chest strap. When the vest is snug fingers will be unable to grab any webbing.
