- Use only with approved lifters
- Use only with chains with "s" hooks on both ends to attach sling to swivel bar
Directions for use:
- Attach one "S" hook into back of sling
- Attach other "S" hook into seat of sling
- Hook ninth link, or link marked in red as starting point to attach chain to swivel bar
- Repeat for opposite side of sling
- Adjust either way from there to get correct positioning of patient
