• Installation Instructions:
  - Check the sling weight capacity for the patient being lifted
  - Do not exceed the maximum safe working load of 400lb
  - Position the sling under and behind the patient;s back with the color adjustment strap outside
  - The two red padded sections next to shoulder straps should be positioned under the arms
  - Cross the Hook and Loop belt over the chest and fasten
  - Push the lift towards the patient
  - Widen the base of the lift by pressing the right foot pedal down
  - Apply the brakes on both rear casters
  - Loop leg straps around and under the patient;s legs
  - Hook shoulder straps to the corresponding hooks on the spreader bar with the patient;s arms outside the sling straps
  - Cross over leg straps placing left strap through right strap
  - Hook leg straps to the corresponding hooks on the spreader bar
  - Release the brakes to allow the lift to properly balance the weight of the patient before lifting
  - Proceed with lift and transfer of the patient
