• Instruction for Use:
  - Open brace and place foot inside, tongue should be between foot and laces
  - Place inside strap across the top of the foot and then under the heel
• - Attach loop end of strap to hook side of brace
  - Repeat step B with the outside strap and attach
  - Sitting down and with your foot flat on the floor, tighten the straps
  - To free the straps, use the loops at the end of the straps, pull up and then re-attach straps to hook material
  - When the brace feels comfortable and secure, wrap the elastic top strap over laces and straps
  - Re-adjust if necessary


• Note: A white shoelace has been used to show the application instructions more clearly, however the Lace Up Ankle with Tibia Strap and the Lace Up Ankle with Stays both come with a black shoelace
•  Note: Measure circumference (with sock on) from heel base around the top of the foot
• Note: Hand wash with mild detergent and air dry
• Note: This device should be worn over a piece of stockinet or sock
