• Fitting Instructions:
  - Apply an insulation barrier to gray plastic channeled side such as the BREG Polar Dressingprovided with each 3x5 pad, Webril, Kerlix, cast padding, elastic bandage, that provides completecoverage between the Intelli-Flo Pad and skin.
  - Do not let any part of the Intelli-Flo Pad touch skin.If a sterile dressing has been applied to the treatment site that does not completely cover the skinunder the pad, use an additional insulation barrier.
  - The Intelli-Flo Pad alone is too cold to be applieddirectly to the skin.
  - The Intelli-Flo 3x5 pad is only indicated for use on hand or wrist and foot or ankle applications.
  - Application to any body part other than what is indicated could lead to cold-induced injury.
  -‚ Apply the Intelli-Flo Pad with the gray plastic channeled side towards the skin.
  - Do not wrap pad so tightly as to restrict normal circulation, as this can cause injury.
  -‚ Connect the Intelli-Flo Pad couplings to the Polar Care Kodiak unit couplings.
  - The Intelli-Flo Padhose couplings are only compatible with the Polar Care Kodiak unit couplings.
  -‚  Follow the Polar Care Kodiak Operating Instructions and Product Insert inside the pouch; bothare affixed to the unit.
  -‚ Inspect the skin under the Intelli-Flo Pad by lifting the edge as prescribed, typically every1 to 2 hours.
  - Do not use the Polar Care Kodiak if dressing, wrapping, bracing, or casting over theIntelli-Flo Pad prevents skin inspections.
  - Stop using and contact your practitioner immediatelyif you experience any adverse reactions, such as: increased pain, burning, increased swelling,itching, blisters, increased redness, discoloration, welts, other changes in skin appearance, orany other reaction identified by practitioner.
  -‚  To end cold therapy, disconnect electrical power and press the two metal tabs on the hosecoupling and gently pull apart or remove the Intelli-Flo Pad from your body.

  - For single patient use only.
  - Do not attempt to sterilize the pad.
  - Follow these instructions and the operating instructions and product inserts provided with the polar care Kodiak motorized cold therapy units.
