• Apply in a standing position
• Unfasten all closures
• Place arms through shoulder straps
• Fasten the front hook and loop closure slightly
• With the brace fitting loosely, adjust the shoulder straps to their proper position to comfortably lift and hold shoulders back
• Tighten the front panels so the brace fits firmly and snugly around the hips, secure the hook and loop closure on the support base
• Pull the overlapping abdominal strap until snug and attach hook and loop closures
• Support should fit snug but not too tight or bind the groin area when sitting.
• Readjust if necessary
