• Sizing:
  - Universal design fits most ankles
  - Fits right or left ankle
  - Adjustable heel width strap
• How to Apply:
  - Wear brace over socks
  - Place the plastic shells on the sides of the ankle with the foot on the bottom heel piece
  - Adjust the heel width if needed for a proper fit. While holding the plastic shells together, wrap the lower than the upper strap and fasten with hook and loop closures
  - The shells should be parallel with the leg and the brace centered on the ankle bone
  - Once both straps are fastened, readjust the straps to ensure a proper fit
  - Fit should be snug but not so tight it pinches or it constricts circulation
  - Wear over socks and with an athletic type shoe
  - Removable liners can be placed in refrigerator for use in cold therapy
• Care:
  - Spot clean with a damp cloth
  - Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring)
  - Air dry away from heat
  - Do not tumble dry
  - Do not bleach
