To measure waist circumference:

- These vests are adjustable at the waist with elastic straps and hook & loop tabs. Therefore, they will fit a large range of sizes

- Wrap a measuring tape around your natural waistline (usually across your belly button), making sure to keep the tape parallel to the group. See where the measurements fall on the size chart

- Please note: Don;t forget to add an inch or two to accommodate the cooling packs
