  • Hold the Sock/Stocking Aid in one hand while resting on one knee in a seated position with feet on the floor. Draw the sock/stocking over the aid so that the toe is completely covered and the sock is at least halfway up the plastic trough's length.
  • Stocking/Flip Sock Aid in front of the foot and allow it to fall to the ground. Toes should be inserted through the opening of the sock/stocking.
  • Pull the back foam handles straight back until the sock/stocking covers the toes. Begin pulling the sock or stocking around the heel at an upward angle toward the ceiling.
  • Pull on the grips until the sock is pulled up or you can reach the stocking. Around mid-calf, the Sock/Stocking Aid will pull out of the sock/stocking.
