Progress-Plus Pronation and Supination Turnbuckle Orthosis is ideal for managing contractures due to neurological disorders, muscle hypertonicity, or the forearm's orthopedic conditions. The orthotic shells are Kydex for optimal force distribution, stability, and durability. It can be modified slightly using a heat gun. It is recommended that serial splinting increase the range of motion or post-operative use to limit or prevent forearm rotation.

  • D-ring hook and loop straps provide easy application and cinching for a proper fit
  • The hand component has a molded palmar arch for better fit and allows mid-range wrist motion
  • Elbow is held static at approximately 60° flexion
  • Neoprene pads slip onto the straps, providing optimal comfort and support across the arm
  • Anterior arm design facilitates self-donning and doffing and lets the armrest on a tabletop for greater functional use and comfortable positioning
  • For the size of the elbow component, measure the biceps circumference. To size, the hand component, measure the width at the MP joints.
