  • Ingredients: whey protein concentrate (from milk, enzymatically hydrolyzed, reduced in minerals), vegetable oils (palm olein, soy, coconut, and high-oleic safflower or high-oleic sunflower), corn maltodextrin, lactose, galacto-oligosaccharides*, and less than 2% of: potassium citrate, potassium phosphate, calcium chloride, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, magnesium chloride, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, potassium iodide, manganese sulfate, sodium selenate, m. Alpina oil, c. Cohn ii oil, sodium ascorbate, inositol, choline bitartrate, alpha tocopheryl acetate, niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, riboflavin, vitamin a acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid, phylloquinone, biotin, vitamin d3, vitamin b12, taurine, nucleotides (cytidine 5;-monophosphate, disodium uridine 5;-monophosphate, adenosine 5;-monophosphate, disodium guanosine 5;-monophosphate), ascorbyl palmitate, mixed tocopherols, l-carnitine, b. lactic cultures, soy lecithin.

  • Preparations And Administration: Your baby’s health depends on carefully following the preparation, use, and storage instructions below. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm.
    - Talk to (OR consult) your baby’s doctor about the appropriate formula for your baby
    - Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby’s doctor.
    - Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula.
    - Sterilization or boiling of tap or bottled water and sterilization of utensils is recommended. Your doctor will advise if it is not required.
    - If boiling water, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and allow to cool to room temperature before preparing formula.
    - STEP 1 Pour desired amount of water into a clean, empty bottle before adding any formula. Replace cap on water if using bottled water.
    - STEP 2 Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.9g) of powder for each 2 fl oz water. (Only use enclosed scoop.)
    - STEP 3 Cap bottle; SHAKE WELL. Feed baby immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard.
    - NOTE: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared bottle and use contents within 24 hours. Refrigerator temperatures should be maintained between 35-40oF (2-4oC).
  • WARNING:
    - Do not use microwave to warm formula. Serious burns may result.
  • STORAGE:
    - Tightly cover open container and use within 1 month.
    - Store opened and unopened containers in a cool, dry place.
    - Avoid extreme storage conditions.
    - Warming formula above, or using water warmer than 100oF (38oC), will compromise the probiotic cultures.
