Drive Standard Telescoping Full Length Side Rail is constructed of 1-inch steel with brown vein finish that is strong and attractive. It easily adjusts up or down with spring-loaded release and fits most hospital or home care beds to help prevent the patient from falling out of bed. The spring-loaded cross bars are easy to install and remove. Telescopes with movement of the bed to provide adequate support. Includes two telescoping full length bed rails with two cross bars.
