How to apply Abdominal Binder?

Apply in a standing or laying position. Open the binder to its fullest length with the care tag on the outside Center the height of the abdominal binder at the navel with the seam centered in the back. The hook should be on the right side. Stretch both sides and wrap the sides without the hook around the body first. Secure the hook onto the loop portion. Support should fit snug but not too tight. Readjust if necessary.

How to clean the Binder?

• Hand wash in cold water with mild soap
• Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring)
• Air dry away from heat
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
