What is Rehabstore’s Return Policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind our products. If the merchandise you received is defective or not what you expected it to be, and you wish to return the item, please submit a return request in the My Account section of our website, contact our Customer Service department at 877-658-4739 / 203-616-2850 or email us.

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
  2. Items (including parts and accessories) must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  3. Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from a customer service representative. With your RA# you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Orders returned without obtaining an RA# will be entitled to receive only "In-Store Credit" that can be used towards future purchases.
  5. Return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  6. All custom orders and hygienic items are non-returnable. Refer to the “Non-Returnable Items” section for further details.
  7. Returns will be reviewed and inspected before issuing credit. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for processing. The credit of the remaining balance will be applied to your original method of payment.
  8. If the return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, we will refund the entire purchase amount and return shipping costs.

Which products are Non-Returnable?

Due to the hygienic nature of some items, they are non-returnable. The items listed below are non-returnable:

  1. All hygienic items.
  2. Opened personal care items.
  3. Anything opened, used, or tried on.
  4. All customized items.
  5. Besides these, items that have the “non-returnable” phrase or the image on the website as shown below:

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product.

How do I receive a Return Authorization Number?

You can Submit a return request by logging into your account. You will receive the Return Authorization Number (RA#) details in the email within 2-3 business days.

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to the order history
  • Click on return order
  • Fill the return form and Submit it

If you do not have an email address, we will make other accommodations for RA# Details. Write the RA# on your label affixed to your package prior to shipment.

For faster processing, please email us the Return Tracking Number.

How long does it take to receive a Refund?

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks to process the returns. Once is the item is received, and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Restocking Fees Credited as Rewards Dollar

  1. 20% restocking fees will be credited as reward dollars (equivalent to store credit). The Balance amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
  2. Outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.
  3. For orders that qualified for free shipping, $8.99 will be deducted from the refund if the product is returned.

Order Refusal Policy:

If a package is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs incurred by Rehab-store.com. Once the package is back in our warehouse, subject to inspection, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment after deducting any applicable return shipping charges and restocking fee. The restocking fee will be credited as reward dollars and can be used towards a future order. The return shipping charge will apply even if you were originally not charged any shipping due to a free shipping promotion. This policy does not apply to packages that appear to have been damaged during shipping.


Cancellation Policy:

At Rehabstore we believe in providing absolute customer satisfaction and pleasant shopping experience. Most of the items are processed for shipment through our system within a few minutes of placing the order. You can cancel your order before the product has been processed for shipment. Once the shipment is processed for departure, returns and refunds will be applicable according to Rehabstore’s return policies.

If you wish to cancel your order kindly contact our Customer Service department at 844-490-2625 / 203-616-2850 or email us. The refund on canceled orders will be credited back to the original method of payment used. Coupons or any special offer applied on the order will not be credited back. Rehabstore reserves the right to cancel any order. The orders can’t be changed or modified once processed for shipment.


Warranty Policy: 

Please be aware that many product warranties do not provide coverage outside of the United States, and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturer restrictions or U.S. Law. We make no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S.

International Shopping Terms:

Promotional Codes and Discounts

Rehabstore Promotions and discounts may not be valid on international orders and restrictions apply. Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders.

International Orders Payment Methods

All international orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfers and Certified bank cashier’s checks. Wire transfer is the quickest, most secure international payment method (wire surcharge fee applies). Exchange rates are updated daily which may result in price fluctuation. However, once your order is placed the exchange rate is locked in and the prices on that order will not change.
International Customers may Contact Us to receive a quote on the product they wish to purchase. We will email the quote upon request.

International Order Returns and Refunds

  • International orders cannot be returned.
  • Rehabstore has a 30-day return policy on domestic (US) orders, but this is not applicable to International orders.
  • If the product is damaged in transit, notify us upon arrival of the product. We will file an insurance claim with the shipping vendor so that the damaged product(s) can be replaced.
  • If a product is returned as unclaimed on an international shipment, shipping fees and product restocking fees will apply.
  • Orders will be refunded as per Rehabstore Refund policy.
  • If required, orders will be canceled as per Rehabstore order cancellation policy.

International Warranty Policy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

By participating in the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Signing Up and Opting-In to the Service

Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and to agree to these terms and conditions. You may not enroll if you are under 18 years old. Before the Service will start, you will need to agree to these Terms. Rehab-Store reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time with or without notice.

By opting into the Service, you:

Authorize Rehab-Store to use auto dialer or non-auto dialed technology to send recurring text messages to the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in (i.e., the number listed on the opt-in form or, if none, the number from which you send the opt-in, or, if none, the number on file for the account associated with your opt-in).
  2. Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.

The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. Rehab-Store may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice. Rehab-Store and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.

To stop receiving text messages from Rehab-Store, text the word STOP to 1-833-983-1513 any time or reply STOP to any of the text messages you have received from Rehab-Store. After texting STOP to 1-833-983-1513, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed.

These Mobile Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this carefully. It affects your rights. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of Rehab Store’s services will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than court.

This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted, and expressly includes claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 et seq., or any other statute, regulation, or legal or equitable theory. You and Rehab Store hereby agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. 1, et seq. (“FAA”) applies to this agreement to arbitrate, and governs all questions of whether a dispute is subject to arbitration. Unless you and we agree otherwise in writing, arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association’s Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of filing of the arbitration (the “AAA’s Rules”). However, just as a court would, the arbitrator or arbitrators must honor the terms and limitations in this Agreement, and can award damages and relief (including any attorneys’ fees) authorized by law and/or the AAA’s Rules. The arbitration decision and award is final and binding, with some exceptions under the FAA, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that, by entering into this agreement, you and rehab store are each waiving the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in any class, representative, or collective proceeding.

This agreement does not allow for class arbitrations even if the procedures or rules of the aaa would. Rather, you and we are only entitled to pursue arbitration on an individual, bilateral basis. Further, and unless you and rehab store agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator(s) may not consolidate more than one individual party’s claims with any other party’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or collective proceeding.

You and Rehab Store are each responsible for our respective costs relating to counsel, experts, and witnesses, as well as any other costs relating to the arbitration. Rehab Store , however, will pay for the arbitration administrative or filing fees, including the arbitrator and/or other AAA case management fees, for any claim seeking $75,000 or less, unless the claim is determined by the arbitrator to be frivolous. Otherwise, the AAA’s Rules regarding costs and payment apply.

This agreement to arbitrate does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies. Such agencies can, if the law allows, seek relief against us on your behalf.

If any term of this Section (Arbitration and Class Action Waiver) is to any extent illegal, otherwise invalid, or incapable of being enforced, such term shall be excluded to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability; all other terms hereof shall remain in full force and effect; and, to the extent permitted and possible, the invalid or unenforceable term shall be deemed replaced by a term that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of such invalid or unenforceable term. If application of this Severability provision should materially and adversely affect the economic substance of the transactions contemplated hereby, the Party adversely impacted shall be entitled to compensation for such adverse impact, provided the reason for the invalidity or unenforceability of a term is not due to serious misconduct by the Party seeking such compensation.
