More Information
- Make sure batteries are installed to the device. Set up the Blood Pressure Monitor Device by pressing and holding the set button until the year number starts flashing. Press the memory button to find the appropriate year. Press set to confirm. The month number will start flashing.
- Repeat Step 1 to set month, hour, minute, time, unit and pressure unit.
- Press start/stop to confirm your settings. The device will turn off.
- To set users, with the device turned off, press and release set to show the current user. Press set to toggle between User 1 and User 2. When you reach your choice, press start/stop to confirm. The device will turn off. You are now ready to take a reading.
- To take a reading, sit comfortably upright in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your back and arm supported. Make sure your arm is about level with your heart Wrap the cuff around your arm about one inch above your elbow
- Press start/stop on the device. The symbols on the screen will flash and the cuff will begin to inflate. Do not move or talk because that might Impede measurement.
- When measurement Is complete. the cuff will deflate and your measurement will display on the screen. Press start/stop to turn off the device. Remove the cuff.
Memory Instructions
- Unit records up to 90 measurements per user for a total memory of 180 measurements
- To access previous measurements, press the "MEM" button when the monitor is off to show the average of the last three records for the selected user
- To view individual measurements from recent to oldest, press the "MEM" button again

Q. Does the blood pressure monitor allow you to print out your readings?
No, the readings cannot be printed out from the device, however, it does store up to 180 complete readings for easy tracking.
Q. Will the self-inflating cuff fit a person with very large arms?
The adult-sized cuff can accommodate adult arm sizes between 8.6” to 16.5”.
Q. Can I use the automatic blood pressure monitor by myself or will I need help?
The blood pressure cuff can be easily secured on the arm without assistance, allowing for accurate self measurements.
Q. Is the arm cuff automatic or will I have to pump it up?
The blood pressure cuff automatically inflates, no manual pumping necessary.
Q. Is there an indicator to tell me whether my blood pressure is normal or high?
Yes! Along the left-hand side of the screen, there are four color-coded areas indicating normal and prehypertension, high blood pressure or hypertension stage 1, hypertension stage 2 and hypertensive crisis blood pressure levels.
Q. Is this a Bluetooth blood pressure monitor?
No, it’s not Bluetooth-compatible, however, it is compact for easy travel or storage.
Q. Does this blood pressure monitor measure from the wrist or from the bicep?
This is an upper arm blood pressure monitor and will measure from your bicep.
Q. Does this monitor for an irregular heartbeat?
Yes. If the device detects an irregular heartbeat two or more times during a blood pressure reading it will display an irregular heartbeat icon.
Q. Is this blood pressure monitor rechargeable?
No, it uses three AAA batteries (included) and can be connected to a micro-USB adapter (not included) as an alternative power source.
Q. Can this blood pressure monitor be used on children?
The self-inflating cuff size ranges from 22 – 42cm. This standard cuff size can accommodate a small to large sized adult. The recommended cuff size for a child ranges from 12 – 18cm. A cuff size too large can underestimate a blood pressure reading.
