  • Resistance of each colored pin varies depending on how far it is opened.
  • User pinches open a pin and put it onto one of the three horizontal rods in the pinch exerciser.
  • Tip of the pin will open 3/8" (9.5 mm)
  • User can progress exercise by increasing the rod size as well as the resistance of the pins.
  • To increase shoulder range of motion, insert the vertical rod into a hole in the highest side of the base.
