• SimplyThick gel thickener consists of four common food ingredients: water, xanthan gum, sodium acid sulfate, and potassium sorbate (preservative). These are found in many foods consumed everyday, such as salad dressing, barbecue sauce, and jams and jellies.
  
• Serving Size:
  - One full depression of the pump will dispense 15g of gel. For nectar consistency, one depression should be mixed with 4oz of a beverage. For honey consistency, two depressions of the pump should be mixed with 4oz of beverage.
  
• Carbohydrates:
- For an 8oz beverage, SimplyThick adds no more than 1g in nectar consistency and no more than 2g in honey consistency. 
• Fiber:
  - It contains a soluble food fiber. There is less than 1g in an 8oz beverage of nectar consistency and approximately 1g in an 8oz beverage of honey consistency. 
• Calories: 0 calories 
• Sodium:
  - There is 30mg of sodium in an 8oz beverage of nectar consistency and 55mg of sodium in an 8oz beverage of honey consistency. 
• Shelf Life:
  - SimplyThick products may be stored in its original packaging for up to 12 months from its manufactured date. This "Best If Used By Date" is printed on each label in MMDDYY format (the codes to the right of the date are manufacturing codes). If you have a bottle that is beyond this date, it may be a little more difficult to mix into solution but should still function properly.
