Rolyan Orthoplast II Splinting Material Sheet is a low-temperature thermoplastic with excellent drape, moldability, and rigidity. It is highly drapable and moldable for a close fit, and is self-adhering with a solvent bonding. Edges of the Orthoplast trim and finish nicely. The Rolyan Orthoplast II is ideal for static or dynamic splints, and works for intricate finger splints, as well as small hand and wrist splints.

Care and Cleaning of Rolyan Orthoplast

The shelf life of low-temperature splinting materials is indefinite under the following conditions:
- Store at temperatures between 40° and 90°F (4° and 32°C)
- Store at less than 65% relative humidity
- Avoid prolonged exposure to light, especially ultraviolet light
- Avoid exposure to corrosive fumes and ethylene oxide fumes
