Assembly Instructions:

Place frame on the floor with all 4 wheels down.
While lifting the long handle, hook one end of the bottom shelf over the support bar. Place the other end of the bottom shelf on the support bar on the opposite side of the frame. Lower the handle so that the frame spreads apart and locks the bottom shelf into place.
Place the top basket onto the frame. Your Utility Cart is now ready to use.
