Assembly Instructions:

Place frame on the floor with all 4 wheels down.
While lifting the long handle, slide the Bottom Basket (4 hooks on the bottom) between the legs of the frame. Hook one end of the basket on the support bar. Lift the handle high enough to hook the other end of the basket on the opposite side of the frame. Lower the handle so that the frame spreads apart and locks the Bottom Basket into place.
Place the pins of the Top Basket into the holes of the tabs. Place the hooks over the support bar. Your Utility Cart is now ready to use.
