Directions:

Slide on over toes and foot, making sure larger toe sleeve is around big toe, and smaller toe sleeve is around little toe
position gel pad under forefoot, adjusting to cover ball-of-foot and both bunion joints
To wear on opposite foot, turn sleeve inside out and follow previous instructions
