Setting Date and Time:
- Press and hold the middle button to turn on the meter
- Current year will flash, adjust to the correct year by pressing the center button to confirm your choice
- Current year will flash, adjust to the correct year by pressing up or down with the arrow buttons, press the center button in to confirm your choice
Testing Your Blood Glucose:
- Insert the test strip to turn on the Meter
- Wait for the blood drop symbol to appear on the LCD
- Lance your finger
- Bring your lanced finger close to the tip of the test strip as shown
- Blood will be pulled in when contact with the tip of the test strip is made
- Your blood glucose result will show up in 6 seconds
Caution:
- If you see “HI” or “LOW” displayed, your blood glucose level may be above 600mg/dl, repeat testing. If you still receive the same result, call you physician
