MAXAR Airprene (Breathable Neoprene) Wrap-Around Knee Brace With Double Pivot Hinge provides maximum all-way compression, support and protection for the knees. Two removable metal hinges provide lateral support without impeding normal movement. Additional patella buttress protects and stabilizes the kneecap. The Maxar knee brace is designed for people in motion and works to support but allowing user more mobility than other stiffer devices. The hinged knee brace can be worn comfortably under pants and can be washed readily as needed.
