Enfamil Enfaport Milk Based Infant Formula is designed to meet the unique nutritional needs of infants with Chylothorax or LCHAD deficiency. It balances high levels of MCT oil that makes fat absorption easier. Enfaport Formula features high protein level which supports the nutritional needs of special babies. Includes blend of DHA and ARA, nutrients also found in breast milk that promotes brain and eye development.

Enfamil Enfaport Infant Formula Features

  • Includes all the essential fatty acids
  • 84% of fat as MCT oil
  • Carbohydrate is 100% corn syrup solids
  • Fat content is 45% of total calories
  • Fat blend is:
    - 84% MCT oil
    - 13% soy oil
    - 3% single-cell oil sources of blend rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and arachidonic acid (ARA)
  • Ingredients:
  • - Water, corn syrup solids, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT oil), calcium caseinate (from milk), sodium caseinate (from milk), soy oil, and less than 0.5%: Mortierella alpina oil, Crypthecodinium cohnii oil, soy lecithin, carrageenan, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3, vitamin E acetate, vitamin K1, thiamin hydrochloride, riboflavin, vitamin B6 hydrochloride, vitamin B12, niacinamide, folic acid, calcium pantothenate, biotin, ascorbic acid, choline chloride, inositol, calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, magnesium phosphate, potassium phosphate, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, cupric sulfate, potassium iodide, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium citrate, potassium hydroxide, sodium selenite, taurine, L-carnitine.

How To Use Enfaport Formula?

  • Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing bottle for feeding 
  • Clean can lid, shake can well and open 
  • Pour into bottle(s) 
  • The childs doctor may recommend other mixing instructions to achieve various caloric densities


Storage:


  • Store unopened cans at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat. Do not freeze.


Precautions:



  • Opened cans and prepared bottles can spoil quickly. Either feed immediately or cover and store in refrigerator at 35°F to 40°F (2°C to 4°C) for no longer than 48 hours. 
  • Do not use opened can and/or prepared bottle if they are unrefrigerated for more than a total of 2 hours. 
  • Do not freeze prepared bottle. 
  • After feeding begins, do not refrigerate feeding bottle. You must use within 1 hour or discard. 
  • Use product by date on container. 


Warning:



  • Do not use a microwave oven to prepare or warm formula. Serious burns may result.
