Assembly Instructions:
- Attach Tray Rack Arm to Upper Stand Rod using the screw provided.
- Attach the Lower Stand Rod to the Base using the threaded Bolt and Lock Washer provided.
- Insert Upper Stand Rod into Lower Stand Rod and secure using the Tightening Bolt
