Core Swede-O Deluxe Night Splint is designed to help relieve pain and discomfort from plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and other conditions while sleeping. This splint positions the foot at a consistent 90 degree angle. Placing the ankle in a neutral position overnight passively stretches the calf, Achilles tendon, and plantar fascia to help alleviate morning heel pain and discomfort. This gentle stretch helps reduce muscle contracture, inflammation, and associated pain.
