Compact Activity Center is designed to provide sensory stimulation and cognitive activity. Great for the user whose physical mobility may be limited due to positioning needs. Features a bead curtain, a dome with brightly-colored sequins which spin when the button is pressed, a textured plate which vibrates and lights up when pressed, and a Pull ball that turns on a music box. Comes in a Side-Lyer version for those that need special positioning.

  • Compact Activity Center Operation:
    - The battery case is located behind the mirror. To remove the mirror, turn the screw on the top face of the mirror counterclockwise with a screwdriver. Observing polarity, install two C batteries into the holder. Alkaline batteries are recommended because they last longer. Do not use rechargeable batteries because they supply lower voltage and the unit may not perform as well
    - Reattach mirror being careful not to overtighten screw
  • Side-Lyer Operation:
    - 
    The Sidelyer Activity Center requires two C size batteries. Alkaline batteries are recommended because they last longer. Do not use rechargeable batteries because they supply lower voltage and the unit may not perform as well
    - The battery compartment is located at the back of the Side-Lyer. To remove the battery compartment cover, slide your fingers in the finger holes at the back of the unit and gently pull the cover upward
    - Install new batteries, being careful to observe batterypolarity
    - Replace the battery compartment cover by inserting oneend of the cover in the end slot. Then, carefully bendingthe cover slightly upward in the center, slip the other end ofthe cover into the end slot
  • Troubleshooting:
    Problem:
    The unit fails to operate, or operates incorrectly
    - Action: Replace batteries.
  • Care of Unit:
    - Can be wiped clean with anyhousehold multi-purpose cleaner and disinfectant
    - Do not submerge the unit as it will damage the electricalcomponents
    - Do not use abrasive cleaners as they will scratch thesurface of the unit
