What is a 10-50-10 Russian Protocol?
- 10 seconds of stimulation (muscle contraction) per cycle
- 50 seconds rest period per cycle
- Repeating this cycle 10 times
- After the final cycle, the device beeps and shuts off
There are a total of 11 cycles (1st cycle is an Amplitude adjustment period)
- Amplitude keys will not respond when cycle starts
