Open-Air Stax Finger Splint Starter Kit protects mallet fingers and nail bed injuries. The clear plastic allows viewing of the finger through the splint, and perforations help prevent skin maceration and increase comfort, which can improve patient compliance. Stax Finger Splint also protects the distal phalanx and extends the DIP joint.
