• Sizing:
  - Universal design fits most ankles
  - Fits right or left ankle
  - Adjustable heel width strap
• How to Apply:
  - Wear brace over socks
  - Do not inflate liner at this point
  - Place the plastic shells on the sides of the ankle with the foot on the bottom heel piece
  - Adjust the heel width if needed for a proper fit
  - While holding the plastic shells together, wrap the lower than the upper strap and fasten with hook and loop closures
  - The shells should be parallel with the leg and the brace centered on the ankle bone
  - Once both straps are fastened, readjust the straps to ensure a proper fit
  - Fit should be snug but not so tight it pinches or it constricts circulation
  - Liners can be inflated with air to give a custom fit using the included hand bulb
  - Inflate only to a comfort level — DO NOT OVER INFLATE
  - If needed, to deflate, engage valve with hand bulb and squeeze liner to release air
  - Liners may need to be re-inflated with extended wear
  - Wear over socks and with an athletic type shoe
• Care:
  - Spot clean with a damp cloth
  - Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring)
  - Air dry away from heat
  - Do not tumble dry
  - Do not bleach
• Caution:
  - Wear as recommended
  - Always consult a physician when encountering persistent pain, discomfort, inflammation, or swelling
